Census at School – under new management
The Census at School project will be jointly managed by the Statistical Society of Canada (SSC) and the Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) and will remain accessible at the same address again next year, as of September 2012: www.censusatschool.ca.
What about E-STAT and Statistics Canada’s online Learning resources?
Several learning resources – such as E-STAT, Statistics: Power from Data! and Canada Year Book Historical Collection – will remain archived on Statistics Canada’s website via the “Students and teachers” link on the left-hand menu of the homepage. By September 2012, this link will direct you to a redesigned page, containing links to archived resources and to websites of other organisations where resources have been transferred.
Please note that E-STAT, with its relevant activities and lessons, will remain accessible next year until June 30, 2013 but its content will no longer be updated. It will be removed from the website on July 1, 2013. However, for timely information, we encourage you to start using the free CANSIM database and to visit the Census portal right away.

As with most things that seem to occur from the side of a desk, this site will only be updated as time and energy permits. Hopefully over time, the site will be useful to all of it's users.
If you have any resources you would like to add please e-mail them to me and I will try to add them to the site.
